Dozens Killed in Iran

Warning: Very graphic images of shown below (videos 3-5 video)

Video: Basij militiamen openning fire on demonstrators

These people were demonstrating for their right to decide their own fate and run their own country, and for that, they were murdered by the regime and its militias. The same regime that has entrenched its militia on our soil. Their fate, their blood could have been ours, and has, in fact, already been ours. Our hopes and prayers go out to them.

CNN reports:
The unrest left 19 people dead, hospital sources said. Unconfirmed reports put the death toll as high as 150 on the seventh day of post-election demonstrations.

...

The protests were held in open defiance of warnings issued Friday by Iran's supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, and the Islamic Republic Security Council. They had said protest organizers -- specifically Moussavi -- would be held accountable if the protests led to bloodshed.
I'll try to update this as more video and pictures become available.

  1. This is a revolution gone mad. It is willing to devour its own children because there in its own mind there is no right of dissent. The rulers are above the law.

Interestingly this Basij that is acting like henchmen and l
hooligans reminds me of the "Lebanese" Basij that went mad over a year ago by occupying Beirut and attacking parts of the Chouf. Unfortunately Sa'ad Hariri and Walid Jumblat are "cementing" their relations with the enemies of the state and te idea of an independent Lebanese nation. Shame on both.

    GK and others...

This is disgusting and heartbreaking. It just shows you how demented bloody these mullahrific idiots have become. Power at the cost of innocent blood!? No matter what happens from now on...the mullahs have lost all credibility in the eyes of their own people and hte outside world. Hizbteezee also loses credibility because they have so closley aligned themselves with these sadists. IF, Obama (the Jimmy Carter of our times),plays sand box with these mullahs after this...he will be showing his true colours and MY suspician that he does not have a freakin clue (and never had) will be affirmed.

Wake up lebanon!! ya allah!!!! SHAME ON US ALL!!!!!

I just hope that this movement has energy and legs...What a waste of blood if Mousavi acts like M14 'leaders" and fold! Why incite and promise; or a promise of a hope of freedom only to back off and fold!

Gus those basij could be HA trained cadres who have a Phd in killing and terror!

Again; I just hope that Mousavi and the moderate leaders do not fold!
